Professor of International Relations, specializing in cultural policies and their relationship with development programs in Arab countries.She has held positions as an associate professor and researcher in the fields of cultural policies, cultural diplomacy, and soft power at the Higher School of International Relations and Political Science and the Center for Strategic and Diplomatic Studies in Paris.
